When you see my Sions. You see time. The life time of three men who seriously devoted their lives to one family of racing pigeons:
Sions: Paul Sion, Charles Heitzman and "No Sweat."
Sions are the finest family of racing pigeons which have ever existed. Bar none. Great long-distance races. Beauty unsurpassed. You only need to do your homework to learn how true this statement is. Many strains and families of racing pigeons have come and gone over the past 120 years. But the Sions remain. In strength. As fine as ever under the care of "No Sweat." These are gorgeous Sions setting long-distance records across the world today.
I remain elated. Having been recently inducted into the HALL OF FAME by the AMERICAN RACING PIGEON UNION. This being the highest honor and award possible to be bestowed on any racing pigeon fancier. Bless the American Racing Pigeon Union for this acknowledgement. I will cherish it to my grave. I am fortunate to have been friends with over a dozen other HALL OF FAME inductees throughout my life. Also blessed by so many true friends who pushed hard for me to receive this award. In particular, Oliver Nicholas. John McQuithy, John Jennings.
I allow fanciers to visit my five lofts. But appreciate. I must schedule in advance. I am still employed at the university. Also have other obligations demanding of my time.

My grandson, Lance. Will soon be shooting two new videos of my Sions. Lance is my "right arm" in maintaing my five lofts. His working with me around the lofts has been the greatest blessing of all with my Sions. Lance is a recent college graduate with honors. A great surfer, scuba diver and herpetologist. Now a teacher and swim coach.

The NO SWEAT LOFTS are situated on five acres of land being re-turned into a nature sanctuary. Today. The five lofts represent THE FLAGSHIP for Sions throughout the world.
The family of NO SWEAT SIONS are always aimed at achieving beauty and long-distance racing combined.
This pair of 2025 blue bars are full brother and sister from different rounds. Bred from "SUMMERTIME" blue hen and "THE MALTESE FALCON" blue cock. Full siblings to them are racing this year in THE FLORIDA DERBY.
The blue hen above is a direct daughter of my great blue hen "CHATTANOOGA."

The No Sweat lofts are built for what makes the pigeons happy. Not what makes fanciers happy. Birds love freedom and open air. Happy birds make healthy birds.
The strawberry mealy cock is a permanent stock bird at the NO SWEAT LOFTS. He is line-bred back to Paul Sion's "Le-Rousellete" 34 times first place. He is also line-bred to "HARD CORE." First back from 620 air miles as a YOUNG BIRD. Flying in headwind and 90 degree heat. Arriving home early the second day.
